The main attractions of this trek are the tiny Himalayan Hamlets of Osla and Gangad Village. It is believed that these villages are centuries old, dating back to the same era as the Mahabhrat.

Welcome to Dehradun! Upon arriving at Dehradun Airport/Railway Station, reach Prince Chowk, the pickup point on your own to get driven to Sankri. Enjoy a visual treat as you drive through lush green valleys. Upon arriving in the peaceful village of Sankri, settle into your accommodation. After some relaxation, feel free to explore Sankri on your own, with options like bird watching, ziplining, and more. Later, return to the accommodation on your own for an overnight stay.


After a hearty breakfast, get driven to Taluka, a small hamlet located about 12 kilometres away. Admire the scenic beauty, full of traditional mountain homes and lush greenery along the way. From Taluka, begin your trek to Seema. As you move ahead in the journey, the path winds through dense forests, alongside sparkling streams, and across meadows dotted with wildflowers. Upon reaching, check in at your accommodation for an overnight stay.

Begin your trek from Seema to Chilurgad, a scenic destination renowned for its beautiful waterfall campsite. As you ascend, traverse through diverse landscapes, from dense forests to serene alpine meadows. Upon arrival at Chilurgad, settle into your tents and soak in the peaceful atmosphere, enhanced by the soothing sound of cascading waterfalls. Relax to the rhythmic sound of falling water and the beauty of the surrounding nature as you unwind for the night.

Begin your morning amidst stunning scenery. After that, head uphill towards Ruinsara Tal, a high-altitude lake surrounded by high misty peaks. On the way, admire the alpine landscapes, with rolling meadows and rugged terrain. Upon arriving at Ruinsara Tal, settle into your tent and enjoy the views of peaks like the Black Peak and the Ruinsara Ridge in its clear waters of the lake, before you unwind for the day.
As you pack up from Ruinsara, continue the uphill trek to Odari, navigating through challenging terrain. This section of the trek provides expansive views of the high-altitude landscapes and rugged mountains. As you reach Odari, a remote village, admire the incredible views of the adjacent mountain ranges and glaciers and settle in to your tents. Afterwards, you can explore the surroundings and interact with the locals to learn about its mythological importance before you unwind for the night.


Get ready to enjoy some of the thrilling moments in the day as you leave the tent and trek towards Bali Col Camp, a journey through rugged high-altitude terrain. The challenging terrain will test your stamina, with each step becoming a rewarding achievement. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayas, including the towering peaks of the Swargarohini and Bandarpunch ranges. As you reach Bali Col Camp, settle in to your tents for an overnight stay.

Start your journey to the highlight of the trek, Bali Pass, situated at an elevation of 4,950 meters. Once you reach there, enjoy views of the Himalayas, including the Swargarohini, Bandarpunch, and Black Peak. Then, begin your descent carefully towards Lower Dhamni, as the path can be steep and rocky. Soon, you’ll enter dense forests which feature a mix of coniferous and broadleaf trees, along with a range of wildlife. Upon arrival at the campsite, settle in for an overnight stay.
As you trek downhill towards Jaan Ki Chatti, enjoy the beautiful terrain and traditional mountain villages along the way. Upon reaching Jaan Ki Chatti, take a glance or visit the serene Yamunotri Temple and interact with the locals learning about their culture. After a stop at the village, you'll be driven to Prince Chowk in Dehradun, marking the end of your wonderful trek.
